Modular design – an engineering technique that builds larger systems by combining smaller subsystems.
The SIMPLEX modular system consists of individual module elements, which together form the facade cladding system. The modular facade system is different from classical cladding systems in that during the assembly process the modular components are mounted and their size and shape are not changed – there is no cutting and other tooling. The Modular facade system is first “built” in the design engineering office, and only after this “facade” has been approved are all components manufactured and delivered to the site to be assembled in the actual facade system. This facade cladding design principle yields significant improvement of many qualitative and quantitative parameters, and also solves the main logistical issue of facade assembly – the distance from the factory to the assembly site need not be short.
2. 3 – Level Patented Hat-Profile
Level 1 – to fix the profile to the adapter and the profile to another profile, including the prevention of movement along the X and Z axes.
Level 2 – sliding support for the panel against motion along the Y and Z axes.
Level 3 – support of the rear of the panel.
3. Flexible Interlocking Pin in Hat-Profile
1. Ensures the securing of the panel to Level 3 of the hat-profile.
2. Compensates for thermal movement and wear caused by other external factors at the “pin-panel” connection point.
2. Excludes any free movement at the “panel-pin” connection point, thereby excluding the possibility of noise.
3. Under extreme loads flexibly deforms to its stop and then returns to the starting position without permanent deformation.
4. CNC (Computer numerically controlled) Precision in Cassette Positioning in Relation to the Frame
Guaranteed exact support placement to ensure freedom of movement in places where it is necessary, to exclude any panel deformation, which could destroy the panel as a result of metal fatigue.

All of the elements ordered by the customer are mounted on the facade. There are no trimming or scrap costs.
