Example of a Typical SIMPLEX Facade Installation

The facade is digitally surveyed and reference points are marked or attached to the facade. The reference points are virtually connected to all elements to be mounted on the facade and the project is designed based on the digital survey. When the elements of the facade are delivered to the site, the assembly process is initiated with the following steps:

1. Bracket assembly locations are marked, distances being measured only from the reference points, thus avoiding error-causing measurement chains.

2. Brackets are installed at the base level, at the corners of the facade.

3. Adapters and precisely set hat-profiles are installed at the base level, at the corners of the facade.

4. Bracket adapters and hat-profiles are mounted above the precisely-set base level hat-profiles, subject only to the verticalness of the assembly and accurate spacing of the hat-profiles.

5. Brackets sized according to the irregularities of the facade are mounted between the precisely-set corner hat-profiles.

6. Base level hat-profiles are precisely installed on adapters between the corner hat-profiles, and above them the remaining hat-profiles, after which they are adjusted along the Y axis.

7. Decorative or functional modules are mounted without any additional vertical adjustment. Verticalness checks are performed only at certain intervals.

8. The Modular assembly of the facade is finished.
